- Preferably with experience in Supply Chain (Demand, Materials, Production Planning) and exposure in Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of the oil industry is a plus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in performance management, data analysis, and KPI monitoring. This role will support senior management by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing reimbursement processes, and utilizing advanced Excel skills to generate reports and insights. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
- Monitor and track KPIs across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing insights into progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to set, review, and adjust KPIs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management frameworks.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to process large datasets and produce comprehensive reports.
- Prepare dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all performance-related reporting.
Reimbursement Management:
- Oversee and track employee reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Review and verify reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure reimbursement is processed efficiently.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve performance management and reimbursement processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in data management and reporting.
