Key Responsibilities:

Online Retail Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth and expand market reach.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Back-End Service Enhancement:

  • Optimize e-commerce platforms and systems to ensure efficient and reliable back-end operations.
  • Work closely with IT and logistics teams to streamline order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.

Customer Experience Improvement:

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance user experience on our website and mobile platforms.
  • Implement best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Assortment Management:

  • Collaborate with merchandising and product development teams to expand and refine the online product assortment.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, ensuring a competitive product offering.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Coordination with Third-Party Partners:

  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and digital agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and effective collaboration.

Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:
