Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure

As part of the NCI team, you will be crucial in helping us establish and maintain a resilient, secure, and high-performance technological foundation for Inchcape. This involves ensuring the reliability of network infrastructure, optimizing cloud resources for efficiency, enhancing security and compliance measures, and fostering innovation through technology exploration.

Purpose of Role:

This position is an open working opportunity for career shifter and I.T fresh graduate. This role will be part of a technical team who will support the Platforms as full-time employees. Within Inchcape Digital, I.T Graduates will have the opportunity to learn latest technology.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks assigned by Platform Leader/Mentor (i.e., but not limited to):

Administrative related tasks

Reports and documentations

Ticket creation or monitoring

Research and analysis

Provide L1 support like service desk, email and chat support, etc.

  • Learn and use appropriate software/hardware solutions used and supported by the organization.
  • Provide suggestions for continuous improvement and contribute fresh ideas for specific research topics.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Graduate of any computer related program (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering etc,)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to learn and be trained
  • Basic understanding of Server Management
  • Account Management/ Account Directory
  • Ticket Management
  • Scripting Tools (Automation/ Powershell
  • GPO Policy/ Firewall/ Back-up monitoring
  • Technology: Azure, AVD, Linux and Windows
