The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Customer Relations Associate to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for responding to customer service situations and activities that take place across the hospital community, in the lobby, public areas, satellite desks, and driveway. Build partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are met promptly.

What’s The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assists patients at MATI Clinics and coordinate to TMCO all referral requirements.
  • Assists patients in completing necessary referral forms and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinates appointments with Specialists at The Medical City Ortigas based on patient needs and availability.
  • Facilitates communication between the patient, referring physician, and the receiving specialist at The Medical City Ortigas.
  • Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary.
  • Create positive experiences for clients by interacting courteously with them.
  • Coordinate with Center for Patient Experience possible complaints or issues from patients and relatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

An effective Customer Relations Associate must possess the following skills:

  • Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  • Operations Management: Provide basic product/service information and respond to basic customer questions about the hospital
  • Handling Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to basic customer issues such as returns, and escalate issues properly.
  • Internal Communications: Communicates effectively with patients, their families, and hospital staff to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Operational Compliance: Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
  • Excellent procedural and technical skills: Attending to required and identified training programs.

Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Communications, Hospitality, or other related courses. Fresh graduates can apply.
