Role Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, support, and satisfaction to clients. They will work closely with customers, to ensure a positive customer experience and handle any inquiries or concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- With at least 1 year of experience working in Solar as a Project Coordinator
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills
