JOB PURPOSE
As the Information Security Support, your primary responsibility is providing support in information security operations – email validation, security operation ticket handling, customer request handling, conducting security awareness training and security risk assessment.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles and monitors email validation, security operation center tickets, and customer requests.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to the customer request.
- Closely collaborates with the Information Security Specialist/Manager to ensure that the documentary enablers are periodically reviewed, as needed.
- Supports the preparation of report and summarize the result of operations and monitoring.
- Supports the Information Security & Governance to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Closely collaborates with the Information Security Specialists/Manager to support or conduct security audits and assurance.
- Develops and conducts necessary presentations related to the given tasks.
- Assesses the processes and promotes improvement.
- Closely collaborates with the stakeholders to ascertain the completion of the audit at an agreed time.
- Supports the preparation of audit reports and monitor the completion of remediation.
- Ensures accomplishment of strategies and objectives within the set timetable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate of a 4-years IT / IS, Accounting, Computer related course. Preferably with security license/certifications (i.e., ISO, ISACA) or equivalent but not required.
- Experience in ISMS implementation and /or certification is advantage.
- Knowledge in ISMS ISO27001 standards (but not limited), guiding the development of InfoSec policy/standards/controls
- Above average English communication skills both oral and written
