What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to cultivate and maintain valuable relationships.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis to evaluate performance and enhance results.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (big plus!).
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential.
  • Russian will be Plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of key industry webmasters, including traffic sources, verticals, and affiliate preferences.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising tools (Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics) to evaluate and refine performance.
  • Ability to assess and optimize traffic quality to ensure the best outcomes for the company.

Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, Gambling and Online Casino
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
