Key Responsibilities
- Optimize procurement spend across Customs Brokerage, mid-mile, and last-mile Transportation.
- Lead procurement projects using the Six Sourcing Steps, covering diverse procurement areas within assigned regions.
- Collaborate with the global procurement community and stakeholders as needed.
- Develop and manage frameworks for contract logistics and real estate procurement to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and top-tier supplier performance.
- Conduct supplier market analysis and organize market intelligence to benchmark costs and maintain cost leadership.
- Build strong supplier relationships to enhance supply chain value.
- Handle escalations related to disputes and issue resolution.
- Expect occasional travel.
Who we are looking for
We seek a resilient, goal-oriented team player with minimal supervision capability and the following:
- Strong procurement experience; expertise in landside transportation is an advantage.
- Proven skills in Supplier Relationship Management, supply chain, and Contract Management.
- Familiarity with digital procurement tools is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, agile environment.
- Customer and process improvement mindset.
- Market knowledge in landside transportation, logistics, cold chain, or contract logistics in Philippines.
- Experience leading complex sourcing projects.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and compliance standards.
- Proficient in English communication.
