I. PURPOSE

The Operations Admin of Trends Academy supports the delivery of products and services. Service Delivery Operations team functions for the fulfillment of pre-training preparations of deliverables, real-time support during training delivery and post-training support for both training attendees and customer stakeholders. It ensures the entire training experience is complete and fulfilled as promised.

Ii. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Preparations for training delivery via virtual or face-to-face training
    • Course Registrations
    • Class facility – virtual or f2f
    • Course materials, etc.
  • Admin Support during training
    • Daily attendance
    • Event Survey
    • Meals preparation
    • Post-training deliverables
    • Course certificates
    • Assessment and Exam processing
  • Order and Billing processing and management
  • Reports management
    • Service Database, CSAT records
    • Expense report, Etc
Iii. Qualifications

  • A graduate of any 4-year course, preferable business related
  • Well experienced with office tools and equipment, Windows operating systems and Microsoft office tools and other apps
  • Keen attention to details and procedures, diligent and organized
  • Good communication skills to relate to stakeholders
  • Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
  • Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
  • Willing to maintain and update own knowledge to improve job performance
  • Able to work independently or as a team member
  • Excellent priority management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a cooperative attitude
  • Punctual and sociable
