GrassBridge Recruiting is looking for a Writer/Researcher/Sourcer to partner with US-based Recruitment Consultants to assist with finding companies and job opportunities that align with the team's current pipelines, as well as craft personalized messaging to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

At GrassBridge we put more faith and trust in our offshore partners than most recruiting firms.

We believe a successful recruiting firm must always be doing 3 things: Sourcing, Screening/Recruiting, and Business Development. Most firms entrust a single person with all 3. The problem is, if a recruiter allows one area to monopolize their time (sourcing, BD, or call screens), then the other 2 areas fall to the wayside, which decreases their effectiveness.

Because of this, we are looking for our Business Development (Writer/Researcher) guru.

In this role you will function as the nexus between top candidates and potential clients:

Your focus and responsibility will be the following:

  1. Deeply understand what types of roles our recruiters are currently working and the types of candidates in their pipelines
  2. Find jobs via LinkedIn, Indeed, company careers pages, etc., that align with current candidates and open jobs our recruiters are working
  3. Write personalized emails that the recruiters will send to prospective clients
  4. Manage outbound email and InMail messaging for the recruiter

While this job is in the recruiting sphere it does not require recruiting experience. This is not a typical volume sourcing role. It requires a more granular understanding of jobs/clients and the ability to write at a very high level.

The few elements of this job that you must possess and are not trainable are:

  • The ability to write as if English were your first language. The emails need to sound like someone with native English proficiency speaks.
  • Understanding jobs beyond just their keywords; knowing how whatever role you are working actually functions within a company.

This job rewards intelligence, creativity, and strategy. It is not your typical keyword jockeying sourcing role.

  • Positive responses to emails/InMails you have written,
  • Signed agreements with new clients resulting from an email/InMail you wrote
  • Filled openings from those clients you helped procure
