Your Role

As An AU Bookkeeper , You Are Responsible For
  • Provide support in processing Accounts Receivable and Payroll
  • Generate invoices, enter data for all receivables daily to maintain an up to date and accurate Accounting system
  • Monitor and follow up overdue invoices
  • Issuing credit notes and processing refunds if required
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Accurately record and maintain all payroll related records

Qualifications:
  • Certificate or degree in accounting or related AU Background, AR, Payroll
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and AU Payroll (preferable but willing to teach to the right candidate)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially excel
  • Experience in XERO or MYOB or any accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
