Role Overview

This role provides direct support to the CEO and CMO in day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on customer success (70%+ of workload). The ideal candidate must be proficient in Shopify, Google Sheets, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Task & Project Management – Track priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and assist in daily operations.
  • Email Management – Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Schedule Coordination – Manage calendars, set up meetings, and streamline scheduling.
  • Content Planning for Customer Success – Assist in creating resources to enhance customer experience.
  • Customer Outreach & Communication – Proactively follow up with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.

Customer Success & Support (Primary Function – 70%+)

  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-purchase support via email, chat, and social media.
  • Manage Shopify-related customer issues, ensuring smooth order processing and troubleshooting.
  • Use Google Sheets and AI tools to analyze data, track customer trends, and improve support efficiency.
  • Help refine and automate customer support processes for a seamless experience.

Social Media Engagement

  • Post and respond to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Engage with the Nordstick community, ensuring a positive and responsive brand presence.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify customer insights from social media interactions.

Shopify Expertise – Strong understanding of the platform, including order management and troubleshooting.

Google Sheets Proficiency – Comfortable with data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

AI & Automation Tools – Experience leveraging AI for customer service and process improvements.

Strong Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills for customer interactions and executive support.
