Role:
Looking for an Internal Account Manager familiar with the MSP world and that loves to create a great relationship with customers and then wants to grow the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Main Point of Contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Maintain and Strengthen client relationships Ensure clients are utilizing our full suite of products and services.
- Ensure client retention via contract renewals
Duties:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with the Decision Makers, Key stakeholders
- Oversee and Manage Onboarding of new clients
- Perform Monthly Check-Ins
- Generate and Perform Strategic Business Reviews: Quarterly and Annual
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Upsell technology stack to clients
- Maintain accurate client records
- Maintain and ensure products to managed services are up-to-date
- Validate monthly client invoices if needed
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers, addressing their needs in a timely fashion
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Account Manager role or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand & communicate technical concepts
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Familiarity with MSP industry
- Project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
