Job Role:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a BPO Quality Analyst in Lipa City, Batangas.
- The BPO Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and consistency of service across all engagements and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and promote process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance and quality control programs within a BPO environment.
- Experience in documenting and presenting processes, analyzing data, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- Must be amenable to work on site in Lipa.
