  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you are responsible for:

  • Supporting a team of or individual consultants by identifying and engaging duly qualified and motivated candidates
  • Candidate mapping, sourcing and qualification.
  • Conducting market research via internet for regional searches and within consultants markets.
  • Source and generate lists of potential candidates via internet, email, social networking media and phone.
  • Where agreed, make initial approaches to selected individuals in a discrete and professional manner, proactively selling opportunities and the associated benefits in exploring an opportunity.
  • Where relevant attend/be involved in the role qualification process and put together role briefs.
  • Advertise vacancies, managing and screening responses.
  • Where appropriate screen candidates on the telephone and face to face to verify their skills.
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Actively promote your value add internally across the consultants you support.
  • Ensure a high conversion ratio of candidates sourced versus candidates sent to a client.
  • Maintain data quality in CRM
  • Work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Promoting the AustCorp services and capabilities to all markets in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Adhere to AustCorp Policies and Processes.S

What You Need
  • 1-2 years of previous work experience in customer facing role such as customer service or sales
  • Can either be supporting a wider team typically as a ‘resourcer’ but also to be directly aligned to a high achiever in more of an Executive Assistant role with various responsibilities
  • Ideally, somebody who doesn’t want to work in sales but there is room for them to eventually earn well by becoming directly responsible for supporting a super-biller
  • Can possibly get 8 placements per month
  • Experience or Knowledge in Industrial & Manufacturing is a plus.
