Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to focus on onboarding clients for mobile performance marketing campaigns specifically in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work to establish and grow partnerships with app developers, agencies, and advertisers who operate on a performance-based payment model (CPI, CPA, CPL).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and onboard advertisers for mobile app performance campaigns targeting users in the Philippines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Campaign Management:
• Collaborate with clients to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and payout models.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality user acquisition to meet client goals.
Market Research & Outreach:
• Analyze the mobile app landscape in the Philippines for potential clients and opportunities.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with and pitch to prospective clients.
Coordination & Collaboration:
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to manage campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.
• Regularly communicate with clients regarding campaign progress and optimization strategies.
Revenue Growth:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by onboarding new advertisers and increasing revenue from active clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the digital marketing or mobile app industry.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL).
• Established network of contacts in the Philippines mobile app market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools for outreach and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
