  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: As a BMS Engineer III (Supervisor) you will be a senior technical expert responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of complex Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. You will guide the engineering team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and act as a subject matter expert in BMS engineering. Your extensive experience and advanced technical skills will drive innovation and excellence in BMS solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale BMS projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  2. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to BMS Engineer I and II.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  4. Conduct advanced system programming, configuration, and integration of BMS components.
  5. Oversee complex BMS equipment and systems installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  6. To optimize BMS operations, perform in-depth system testing, and verification, and perform performance analysis.
  7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulations, and propose innovative solutions to enhance BMS capabilities.
  8. Assist in the development of company-wide standards, processes, and strategies for BMS engineering.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in BMS engineering or a similar role.
  3. Extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in BMS, such as BACnet or Modbus
  5. Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BMS engineering.
  6. Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale BMS projects from design to implementation.
  7. Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  8. Excellent leadership, project management, and mentoring capabilities.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
