The Opportunity
Gain valuable international exposure as a Sales and Marketing Administrator, supporting Australia. This an exciting and multi-tasked based role collaborating with different business units and working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all Customer and Builder Program activity requests are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity. We offer hybrid work setup and preferred working hours for this role are aligned with Australian time (9AM to 5PM), which means an early start in the Philippines.

The Opportunity
Gain valuable international exposure as a Sales and Marketing Administrator, supporting Australia. This an exciting and multi-tasked based role collaborating with different business units and working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all Customer and Builder Program activity requests are completed and delivered in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do
- Administer the day-to-day Partner Programs activity and working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams in Australia and in New Zealand to ensure activity fulfilment is completed on time
- Process Partner Program invoice queries in a timely manner through SAP
- Run SAP reports when needed
- Oversee and update budgets in conjunction with the team
- Update relevant Customer Account and Builder master data when required
- Maintenance of directories, databases, in house systems and procedures
- Manage BBA, CCA and Top Tier agreements and ensure proper updates and uploads
- Supporting Trade Marketing Team and raising order for Trade Marketing Collateral, Displays and Display Home Materials
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and external partners
- Qualified in Finance, Marketing, Business or Management is preferred
- Organized and be able to prioritize and manage time effectively with high attention to detail
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Commercial Acumen and understanding on financial controls and processes
- SAP experience is required; Salesforce experience would be ideal
- Knowledge in use of MS Office softwares such as Excel and PowerPoint (at an intermediate level)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
