Oversee the overall day to day operations of all SM Malls Carparks nationwide. To analyze pertinent Carpark data including but not limited to Revenue and Vehicle Count and provide in-depth analytics.

1. Sales Culture

  • Liaise with the AVP to implement strategic directives at the regional level.
  • Review and approve regional budgets, ensuring cost control and maximization of revenues.

2. Customer Service

  • Oversee the rollout of new carpark openings and upgrades.
  • Foster positive interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the overall experience.

3. Expense Management

  • Plan the acquisition of equipment and materials together with respective Mall Managers in order to know the budgetary limits.
  • Contribute to expense management by ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service.

4. Financial Success

  • Contribute to the financial success of the Mall.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute housekeeping plans aligned with overall financial goals.

5. Business Acumen

  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for operational improvement and revenue growth.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Assess competitive positioning and provide recommendations for enhancing carpark services to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

6. Terminal Business Improvement

  • Assess current operations in transport terminals (e.g., bus, shuttle, and other commuter services) to identify revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve terminal services, and commuter experience.
  • Establish partnerships with travel services operators and service providers to drive terminal business growth.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of terminal operations, aligning with organizational goals for efficiency, safety, and profitability.

7. Report Management

  • Implement and oversee new policies and procedures for the improvement of facility management.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of comprehensive reports on the facility's operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information for accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Use reports to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and measure the success of new initiatives.
  • Monitor and audit carpark operations across all regions, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • With at least 8-10 years of related work experience in carpark management/business operations.
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course degree.
  • Required skills: contract negotiation, business development, proficient in MS Office applications; decision making skills, people management, analytical skills, communication skills, detail-oriented, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and proactive.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations across different regions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Work Location

  • Candidates must be willing to be deployed in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
