Schedule: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required
  • 3+ years in cost accounting, general ledger management, and inventory accounting
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suites such as Google Spreadsheets; including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and other accounting principles

Nice To Have
  • Experience using Distru software

What will you do?
  • Accurate recording of inventory transactions
  • Maintain vendor 30% credit program
  • Sustain accurate records of inventory transactions
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Create and maintain financial records and reports related to inventory
  • Audit and adjust inventory figures
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
  • General Ledger account reconciliations
  • May assist in periodic physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Analyze inventory data and recommend solutions for inventory optimization
  • Maintain the integrity of accounting information in QuickBooks Enterprises.
  • Ability to work on multiple books with intercompany transactions
  • Support and participate in preparation for the annual audit
  • Support and participate in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
  • Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve discrepancies or imbalances
