Job Description

As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client’s extensive product catalog across multiple platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of their digital presence, ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales. Responsibilities

  • Create and build engaging new product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
  • Manage and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal performance
  • Conduct regular audits of the product catalog, cleaning out obsolete listings to maintain an efficient and current inventory
  • Work closely with the in-house catalog manager to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Utilize advanced inventory management software (Rhythm/Channel Advisor) to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline operations
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and overall sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform-specific requirements, adapting strategies as needed
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving the company’s online presence and customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce support or related fields
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new software systems and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different time zones
  • Self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to contribute to company growth
