Main Responsibilities

  • Leads overall media and performance marketing for Abbott Nutrition brands, including traditional media (TV, radio, print, OOH), digital (social, Google, web), and emerging media
  • Marketing link between brand and the ecommerce team in developing strategies in driving overall ecommerce sales growth targets and hitting KPIs
  • Key representative to the CRM team in driving overall leads and New User generation, and 1st Party data acquisition to drive overall efficiency and effectivity for marketing campaigns.
  • In charge of maintenance, enhancements of brands’ media assets (Social, Branded Web pages)
  • Part of marketing representatives in data enhancements which includes dealing with Salesforce, driving enhancements of current template from data gathered via Google Analytics, Power BI.
  • Support additional strategic marketing and communication initiatives as they emerge.

Performance Marketing

  • Collaborate with brand teams to manage all owned and vendor digital marketing channels including social channels, affiliates, website, CRM on Acquisition campaign.
  • Actively liaise with agency on daily basis to monitor daily performance to meet monthly targets.
  • Overseeing budget between channels towards best media mix, analyze Digital performance to provide insight and optimization towards all success metrics.
  • Manage lead generation program to capture and qualify consumers to generate patient demand
  • Coordinate closely with CRM team to monitor lead conversion, quality metrics, New User target.

Direct To Customer

  • Co-work with Brand Manager to set traditional media(Tv/Radio) priorities.
  • Build media and digital plan and manage agency that achieve the target with efficient ROI.
  • Explore new digital channels / innovation that help grow D2C penetration.
  • Support and guide brand team on schemes and creative production that maximize performance



Minimum Background/ Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a >5 years of experience in Digital Media, Performance Marketing
  • A solid understanding of the use of social media channels (Facebook, Google, Tiktok,..), strong performance optimization knowledge, especially regarding lower funnel.
  • Able to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly responsible and self-motivated personality.
  • Data-driven, analytical and quick sense of numbers are a must.

Accountability

  • Makes strategic decisions in Media and Digital marketing that positively impacts business
  • Establish KPIs, benchmarks and reports for all consumer marketing efforts using data from, Google Analytics and Salesforce to track performance throughout the journey
  • Provide comprehensive analysis, insights and recommendations for improvement by leveraging analytics to increase engagement, and overall performance of campaigns on a scheduled basis
