Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Manager located in Makati. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the generation of research and sales activities, developing lead generation strategies, collaborating with marketing teams, analysing data to optimize lead generation campaigns, lead a team in gathering leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities, track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure project success, and reporting on lead generation performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation and project management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
