NOTE: This is a permanent, remote position structured as an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or business development, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools, including advanced search filters, account targeting, and lead list management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with prospects.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking outreach activities, managing pipelines, and reporting performance metrics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data from outreach campaigns, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently, while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Targeted Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify high-value leads based on specific criteria such as industry, job title, location, and company size.
  • Personalized Outreach: Craft and send customized connection requests and messages that resonate with prospects, highlighting value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured lead pipeline in CRM or LinkedIn to track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions effectively.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and book meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition for in-depth discussions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze outreach performance metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion rates) to optimize strategies and share insights with the sales team.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of LinkedIn algorithm changes, Sales Navigator updates, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
