We seek a Recruiter with experience sourcing for the US construction industry. The ideal candidate is skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS and can effectively identify and engage top talent. Business development experience is a plus for those interested in expanding client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage professionals in US construction (project managers, engineers, estimators, etc.).
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS for candidate sourcing and tracking.
- Screen and assess candidates based on client needs.
- Manage recruitment up to the offer stage, which will be forwarded to the consultant.
- (Optional) Build and maintain relationships with construction firms and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Experience in US construction recruitment (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, heavy construction).
Proven use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS.
Strong understanding of construction roles and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Bonus: Business development experience.
