T&C HR Enablement Systems Analyst is accountable for the end-to-end system support of our talent SuccessFactors Modules and extended T&C systems encompassing all of the HR Functions – from Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management.

Analysts deeply understand the business environment to refine requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the solutions being delivered by the squad. Analysts translate business problems into user stories or acceptance criteria, getting to the heart of customer needs.

Role Type: Full-time: This role is open for permanent and 12 months fixed term contract. The role has multiple opportunities at different levels depending on the relevant years of experience

Role Location: 12F Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City or 30F MDC 100 Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Work Hours: Hybrid; dayshift

What will your day look like?

In particular, this role is mainly responsible for:

  • Have a deep understanding of the HR Enablement (Core HR) business processes and requirements to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
  • Partner with the Product Owner, Journey Experts and Engineers to translate business problems into solution requirements and user stories to deliver business value
  • Create user stories with acceptance criteria, sizing, business priority and value.
  • Participate in backlog refinement to continuously review, sequence, prioritise, uncover dependencies and validate boundaries
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Journey Experts, Engineers and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions
  • Provide Level 3 support to allocated areas by responding and resolving escalated reported incidents
  • Ensure technology change management requirements are met when deploying into production
  • Assist the T&C Platform Enable and Maintain team with deploying solutions into production environments
  • Identify how the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution as well as other supporting T&C Solutions supporting HR Enablement can be best utilized to meet client requirements
  • Support the Platform interface squad to understand business scenarios so that integration between modules and to and from external systems are fit-for-purpose and designed for run
  • Support business teams on business process impacts, user acceptance testing, training and change management and participate in application design, analysis, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance in a large enterprise environment
  • Adhere to the delivery framework to ensure quality control and compliance
  • Lead and/or participate in the delivery of projects and may participate as SME for audits
  • Complete all QA Non-Compliance activities and Corrective Actions in a timely manner
  • Participate in the assessment of application security, identity access management and data requirements, where applicable.
  • Create and maintain high quality solution documentation, including business cases, scope, functional and operational requirements, process flows, manual and automated test cases and configuration workbooks.
  • Understand technical options, limitations, costs, risks and roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient business operations
  • Provide support with the resolution of escalated tickets, act as liaison to IT Services leads to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist with new product and service introduction activities including ongoing product support and maintenance
  • Review product support processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales/gross profit, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Support Product Owner and Journey Experts in conducting market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement


What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience as a business/systems analyst, systems support, consulting, or related experience in HR Systems
  • Understanding of software development processes, operations management, and product management activities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core) and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a plus
  • Experience with test management and test automation tools is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, teaming, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of working with a senior stakeholder population on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
  • Ability to document and present solutions using various methods (people facing, presentations, and demos)
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing multiple senior stakeholders to drive results
  • Experience working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment
