  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Agile development process by guiding and coaching the Scrum team. Their primary purpose is to ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum framework, removes impediments, and fosters a collaborative and self-organizing environment.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
  • Tracks KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
  • Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience and technical training
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
