A Shift Manager, or Shift Lead, is responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift.

  • Propose/recommend physical seating arrangement and floor plans to maximize floor space and create a conducive working environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 or more years Managerial experience in BPO Operations Management or related field
  • Has excellent production, planning, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage others successfully to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong record of achievement in the current position.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Able to manage, prioritize and guide overlapping workstreams to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively in a matrixed work environment.
  • Demonstrates creativity in process management and problem resolution.
  • Ability to present self to clients, vendors/suppliers confidently and professionally.
