About The Role

As a Systems Maintenance Officer, you will generate and distribute management reports in timely and accurate manner. You will support the Property Management Division in:

  • Generating and preparing data for management report;
  • Analyzing data to aid in reporting, evaluation and strategic decision making;
  • Tracking business profitability and performance of ROPA Sale;
  • Coordinating and preparing data and system requirements of the division;
  • Mantaining of databases needed in all report preparations and analysis and,
  • Handling the efficiency program and project monitoring of PMD
  • Other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Banking, MIS
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in preparation and management information and business reports
  • Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • With high degree of accuracy and strong attention to details
  • Agile in learning and using different tools
  • Must be willing to work onsite during probationary period
