Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Customer Service Representative in a rapidly growing B2B bathroom products company. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our client and their valued store partners, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management. Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders with precision, communicating effectively with existing B2B clients primarily via email
- Coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse team, providing clear instructions for order preparation and ensuring timely deliveries
- Keep customers informed about their order status using professional email templates and occasional phone calls for urgent matters
- Perform crucial data entry tasks, including weekly inventory updates for major clients like leading online marketplaces
- Maintain up-to-date product information, handling new product submissions and out-of-stock notifications with efficiency
- Contribute to the company’s growth by suggesting process improvements and identifying potential upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft professional and clear emails
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably with knowledge of the Australian market and business culture
- Familiarity with bathroom products, furniture, or similar industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using email platforms, basic data entry tools, and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Availability to work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with a flexible start time between 9 AM and 11 AM Sydney time
- Comfortable with a primarily email-based communication approach, with occasional phone calls for urgent matters
- Relevant B2B and bath ware experience
- Strong and confident speaking skills
- Freight management expertise
- Experience in B2B or B2C sectors in Australia
