About this role:
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Employee Relations Investigator. This individual should be highly organized, have a general understanding of US employment law, and be Quality/Compliance oriented. The role is responsible for conducting workplace investigations into allegations of employee misconduct or violation of company polices. In addition, the role will be working with fellow HR colleagues and managers to effectively manage employee performance through the use of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPS).

HR Compliance and Performance Management Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and conduct thorough investigations of high-risk, sensitive workplace cases to include fraud, theft, harassment, retaliation, etc. received through a variety of employee channels.
- Collect and perform analysis of employment-related data in support of investigation or appeal outcomes, as required.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with findings to include evaluation of any process gaps or practices that create legal risk in order to mitigate organizational liability.
- Maintain and protect accurate, confidential records regarding investigations.
- Identify and report, through the investigation and appeals processes, practices that create legal risk in order to mitigate organizational liability.
- Collaborate/partner with Human Resources to facilitate resolution of complaints when appropriate.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to drive performance management across the organization through standardized processes and utilization of performance improvement plans
- Assist in special projects as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education
You are an experienced HR Generalist with the following skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of US federal, state and tribal employment laws and regulations and other pertinent HR strategic practices.
- Ability to protect confidentiality and personal privacy while handling sensitive documents and records.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Eight (8) years' of progressive experience in employee relations/complaint investigations or related experience.
- Eight (8) years' experience exhibiting negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Eight (8) years demonstrated experience reflecting the ability to protect confidentiality and handling of sensitive documents and records.
