- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining relational and non-relational data models. Familiarity with data modeling principles and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and experience working with diverse data sources, including real-time data streams and large data sets.
- Proficiency with Data Modeling Tools.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Job Description
- Collaborate closely with business units across all divisions to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data modeling that supports decision-making processes.
- Design and implement comprehensive data models that serve as the foundation for Business Intelligence and analytics solutions, enabling the identification of key management and operational metrics.
- Lead the design and implementation of data warehouses, data marts, and other data storage solutions, optimizing data retrieval and performance for BI analytics platforms.
- Work in partnership with IT Business Partner for Business Intelligence, Data Architect, and other stakeholders to develop and refine data structures that enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data process improvements, advocation for best practices in data management and utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of data models and storage solutions, adjusting as necessary to accommodate evolving business needs and data volumes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to end-users on data accessibility and utilization, enhancing the overall data literacy within the organization.
