Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand development, data-driven decision-making, and cross-function collaboration, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional creative thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas align with our brand's identity.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms, and other relevant tools and technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
