Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, file organization, and customer follow-up, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval
  • Follow up with customers as needed via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as required
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth business operations
  • Social Media across multiple platforms for various lines of business

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, data entry clerk, or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent Language Skills - English mandatory
