Media Manager is a comprehensive performance marketing agency that focuses on offline media. THE JOB:
- Assist the Account Manager with daily operations
- Engage in various campaign management tasks, which include, but are not limited to: media planning, reporting results, creating tear sheets, participating in client calls, conducting competitive research, and developing proposals
- Collaborate with media vendors to fulfill requests and analyze campaign performance
- Support the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence, and help present findings
- Maintain ongoing communication with current partners via email, phone, web announcements, and other forms of correspondence
Required Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Capable of identifying problems and providing solutions
- Experience with cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with Office Suite / Google Workspace tools (MS Office is preferred)
- Able to work during Central Time or Eastern Time
- Strong background in analytics; proficient with numerical data
- Experience in data entry
- Requires a high level of proficiency and attention to detail for handling complex projects
- Data entry accuracy is essential
- Possesses strong technical and organizational abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of ethics, accuracy, reliability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
