Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, conduct pre-screenings, and support the selection process.
  • Refer candidates for job placement and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

College Pipeline

  • Build and maintain relationships with college representatives to recruit students and graduates.
  • Manage communication with educational institutions via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Keep up-to-date records of college pipeline activities.

Internship Program Coordination

  • Conduct outreach to past interns, track career progress, and gather feedback.
  • Post internship opportunities on job boards and other relevant platforms.
  • Source, document, and track internship candidates, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, internship coordination, or educational partnerships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in using Office Automation systems and applicant tracking tools.
  • Passionate about fostering early-career talent and developing strong hiring pipelines.
