Your Role

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Seeking experienced credit analysts to senior credit analysts with strong business/commercial underwriting pedigree a bonus.
  • Critically evaluate business financials (profit & loss and balance sheet) for credit assessment for inventory finance, floorplan finance and distribution finance.
  • Use sophisticated credit models accurately to credit score business applicants and clients for credit facilities.
  • Comply to decisioning delegated approvals and work within a complex decision tree to ensure appropriate and efficient credit assessment.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations team to assess risk and credit actions.
  • Advise on and support ad hoc credit and risk queries from the Risk Committee
  • Support and complete hindsight assessments to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as requested by team members or manager and work as part of a team.
  • Reporting requirements of Head of Credit & Compliance and Risk Committee.
  • Use of CRM System to maximize customer experience through credit.
  • Assess in-life credit requests including increases (permanent/temporary), security changes, priority negotiations, preparing file for Credit Analyst to underwrite and underwrite own file if within delegation and etc.

What You Need:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field e.g. Accounting (preferred), Finance (preferred), Business, Commerce.
  • At least 2-3 years of Commercial Credit Analysis experience.

Preferred Skills
  • Superior level of attention to details.
  • A ‘Can Do’ team player attitude.
  • Technically savvy to navigate various applications, platforms, and software.
  • Intermediate to advance in MS word and Excel.
