Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market demand to adjust

business strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, digital

advertisements, and SEO strategies to boost online visibility.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to identify emerging e-commerce trends, customer

preferences, and competitive landscape.

Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Recommend new product opportunities and potential improvements based on consumer

Ensure contract database is up to date with the latest terms and agreements with each

clients

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in key account management, live selling, e-commerce, or digital

marketing.

Ability to manage team/s

Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships.

Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
