- Develop technologies, policies, and work closely with QA Operations, QA stakeholder clients to collect, prepare, organize, protect and analyze data assets while ensuring ABSI meets security and data privacy best practices.
- Collaborate with key operational and functional clients across all stakeholders to understand high-level strategy and roadmaps and translate those to tactical analytics projects and recommendations into transition. - Main point of contact by LOB for QA data and analytical translation.
- Review and provide feedback to QA Lead on work output of QA data analytics to identify areas that need improvements.
- Open to opportunities to tap those capabilities to support ABSI’s analytical needs. - Initiate and provide a major contribution to the development of new and existing tools, processes, and solutions to meet clients’ outsourcing deliverables within QA and ABSI.
- Act as a sounding voice of Analytics for the whole Campaign by promoting effective communication among internal colleagues to ensure the accuracy of data translated into the right decision-making for the QA Team.
- Will act as the QA team’s representative and shall present all outputs, data, and recommendations to client stakeholders and will partner with them in terms of process improvements
- Provide performance coaching in Analytics terminology to other QAs within Clients, continuously identifying learning opportunities from daily work and reinforcing positive work habits/behavior
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by immediate Supervisor or QA Lead
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Knowledgeable in MSO (especially in MS Excel)
- Willing to go onsite as it is required by client
- Amenable to non-weekend restday schedule
- Produce numbers based on the required deliverables of the assigned Client
- Able to supervise a team and its overall operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure performance management is done regularly- Able to lead a team with various deployments, ensuring key understanding to each of its services
- Can attend to client meetings with minimal supervision
- Can utilize MS Office, Google Suite Apps, and other platforms with minimal challenges, and can create performance decks
- Can produce in-depth insights and RCA
- Able to link QA activities with existing QA numbers
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Assurance
