The Cash Management Implementation Officer is primarily in charge of delivering customized or client- specific Cash Management services, and developing configurations through managed deployments. In addition, the officer facilitates training with the client to ensure smooth customer experience in using the platform.
- Receive assigned projects/assignments
- Deploy specialized cash management services for referred clients
- Coordinate with clients for requirements gathering
- Develop implementation strategy for clients
- Jointly develop with client procedural guidelines to ensure smooth implementation
- Coordinate with internal units to ensure proper servicing of customized services
- Train users and assist in the installation of the security device.
- Route and monitor internal requests required for the deployment of products and services such as but not limited to company code and merchant definition
- Manage pilot runs when necessary
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to Product Managers
- Performs training for customized facilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration and other related fields
- Preferably has two years of experience in banking as a project/product officer, information systems auditor, help desk support, or ISG project representative
