The Cash Management Implementation Officer is primarily in charge of delivering customized or client- specific Cash Management services, and developing configurations through managed deployments. In addition, the officer facilitates training with the client to ensure smooth customer experience in using the platform.

  • Receive assigned projects/assignments
  • Deploy specialized cash management services for referred clients
  • Coordinate with clients for requirements gathering
  • Develop implementation strategy for clients
  • Jointly develop with client procedural guidelines to ensure smooth implementation
  • Coordinate with internal units to ensure proper servicing of customized services
  • Train users and assist in the installation of the security device.
  • Route and monitor internal requests required for the deployment of products and services such as but not limited to company code and merchant definition
  • Manage pilot runs when necessary
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to Product Managers
  • Performs training for customized facilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration and other related fields
  • Preferably has two years of experience in banking as a project/product officer, information systems auditor, help desk support, or ISG project representative
