  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DIGITAL WORK MADE REFRESHING

KOL Management
  • Assist in overall management of KOL deliverables
  • Ensure timely coordination for KOL deliverables specific to accreditation, payment, post-campaign reports, and other necessary document requirements.
  • Ensure good working relationship with KOLs and Influencer Management Team.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Coordinate with specific offices to fulfill KOL-related tasks, including payment, reimbursement filing, and kit/product deliveries, while maintaining timelines.
  • Manage supplier contracts, verifying details for SAFs and MOAs for all KOL engagements align with agreed costs before submitting to lead verification. Ensure that documents are free of error and are processed in a timely manner.
  • Execute tasks according to the committed end-to-end process, providing timely updates, and promptly notifying the team or lead of any complex issues that cannot be resolved.
  • Ensure that PR-related initiatives follow timelines, being executed promptly, while maintaining quality.
  • Consolidate and build master list of supplier contacts – KOLs, Managers, content creators, publishers, etc.

PR Strategy
  • Provide assistance on campaign ideation, selection of KOL profiles, sending initial inquiries and other general support for PR team tasks.

Requirements
  • Must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
