  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our mission is to simplify quality management so companies can focus on innovation and growth while being fully compliant. We are expanding globally and looking for a Graphic & Brand Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate our visual identity.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Brand Designer to help shape the visual expression of our brand. As our go-to person for all things design, you will have the opportunity to build and own the design function at SimplerQMS. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our content and materials are always on-brand and visually compelling.

This is a remote part-time position (20 hours per week) for candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Help refine and build our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Content Design: Create visually appealing content, marketing, and sales materials.
  • Illustrations and Creative Output: Collaborate closely with the content team to create custom illustrations and visual assets that enhance written content.
  • Rebranding Support: Rebrand existing documents and materials according to our new Corporate Visual Identity (CVI).
  • Consistency: Ensure all our content output is on-brand and visually cohesive.
  • Social Media & Ads: Design and produce social media imagery, advertising creatives, and high-converting ad visuals in collaboration with our Performance Marketing Specialist.
  • Sales Support: Design presentations, sales collateral, and event materials.
  • Branded Merchandise: Assist in the design and execution of branded merchandise.
  • Internal Support: Provide design support for internal company initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to work with Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
  • Solid layout and visual design skills.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and B2B SaaS.
  • Passion to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to work autonomously once briefed.
