Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and IT Infrastructure Development
- Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure that meets organizational needs during growth and operational phases.
- Align IT strategy with business objectives to support startup, expansion, and ongoing operations.
System Implementation and Integration
- Lead the evaluation, deployment, and integration of software and hardware solutions to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
Network Design and Management
- Develop, deploy, and maintain secure and efficient network systems.
- Monitor network performance, resolve issues proactively, and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
Product Launch and Support
- Oversee IT readiness for product launches, ensuring all technical components are fully operational and integrated.
- Provide on-demand support during critical launch phases to resolve issues promptly.
Team Management
- Build and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and professional development.
- Assign roles and responsibilities, set performance goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and tools required for success.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between IT and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Communicate IT strategies, plans, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate their feedback into project plans.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and risk assessments for IT operations.
Risk Management and Security
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Create and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 year of IT management experience, with proven expertise in startups, system implementation, and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Successful track record of network management, launching IT systems, and scaling operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IT security protocols.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
