Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Administrative Coordinator to manage essential operational tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Vendor Management:

  • Research promotional products and confirm vendor availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors on product availability, in-hand dates, and shipping timelines.
  • Monitor product inventory and place orders as needed.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Address order status updates and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payment reminders.

Administrative Support:

  • Create, manage, and update invoices using Square or similar platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
  • Track order progress from placement to delivery.
