- Assist in the recruitment process for babysitters, including screening potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments and babysitter interviews
- Maintain and update client and babysitter databases
- Draft professional emails and other written communications
- Support operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business setting, preferably in a client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in recruitment or interviewing is a plus
