JOB SUMMARY
- Carryout logistical/administrative support as required by each section’s operation.
- Adhere and contribute initiatives to quality, safety improvement and to maximize resources cost effectiveness.
- Maintain work area for overall cleanliness, FOD free for a healthy and safe working environment.
- Adherence to quality processes in relation to line maintenance operations not limited to deferment, cannibalization, reporting un-airworthy condition, AOG/rescue, audits, disclosures, hazard id.
- Perform other duties and functions that the immediate superior may assign in relation to the general work scope as defined.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue workload schedule to line maintenance. Check group assignment, RON Station, Maintenance Time allotment and aircraft flight details (ETA/ATA and ETD).
- Identify workload with special requirements such as but not limited to Engine Hi Power Run, equipment servicing, specialize maintenance and ensure the requirements will be supported.
- Support for issuance of material requests for non-routine and Ad hoc requirements.
- Check the completeness and correctness of scheduled Work Packages and Work Order prior issuance to Line Maintenance.
- Support hands-on customer requirements such as photo reporting, tech log entry, mandatory workload compliance, MEL control number validation, deferred defect control number issuance.
- Upon completion and submission of Line Maintenance, received and reviewed Work Packages for completeness of Work Order, attachment, and correctness of DFP.
- Collate deferral forms and record the details to LMC Deferral Data Base report and create an entry and Event ID to Amos APN 432.
- Capture the Deferred Defect entries from the submitted and received DFP, check for correctness and completeness of attachment and enter HIL report or AMOS APN 1418.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Degree holder in Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and/or any aviation/aerospace related course but not limited to Aircraft Maintenance Technology and Avionics at least with 2 years minimum of relevant work experience in aviation as per applicable specialization.
- Preferably holder of PRC license or CAAP AMT license
- Have completed aircraft type rating level courses i.e., familiarization, level 2/3 (i.e., ATR, A319/320/330, B777, 737 etc...)
- Have completed basic aviation related trainings and applications i.e., aircraft production/planning, MSG3 programs, material control…
- Aircraft maintenance experiences for different types of Aircraft, Aviation work environment i.e., Airline/Maintenance/Manufacturing Organization is an advantage.
- At least have worked from companies which is ISO QMS accredited, ISO oriented.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Good understanding of aircraft documentation and records including Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Work Packages and Maintenance Schedules.
- Good knowledge on MS application, basic computer applications literacy and related Enterprise Resource Program applications.
