Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day to day basis, this means:

  • Coordinating with hiring managers for open roles.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews.
  • Assisting with Linkedin outreaches and sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit best talent.
  • Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates.
  • Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities.

Requirements -

  • 0-2 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Is comfortable working in the US shift (6 p.m. IST to 3 a.m. IST)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Annual Salary between $400 to $450

Location & Timings

  • You will be working remotely
  • Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST)
