We Got U is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Artist to support our client, Star Performance Marketing, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in the vehicle space. This freelance role offers full-time hours but does not include extra benefits or paid leave. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, skilled graphic designer proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, with the ability to create high-quality visuals for both digital and print marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Art Creation: Utilize Adobe Suite (primarily InDesign) to create visually engaging graphics and artwork for a variety of marketing platforms, including:
  • Paid Social Media Offers: Design visuals to support paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Create email headers, banners, and accompanying visuals to enhance marketing emails.
  • Direct Mail & Print Marketing: Develop creative designs for direct mail pieces, print advertisements, and other physical marketing materials.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, adapt designs to meet marketing goals, and deliver completed projects in a timely manner.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines of both We Got U and Star Performance Marketing’s automotive industry clients, maintaining consistency in look, feel, and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Be open to feedback and willing to make revisions as needed to ensure the designs meet expectations and align with campaign objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Artist, particularly in a freelance setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience creating designs for both digital (social media, email) and print (direct mail, advertisements) platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions

  • This is a freelance position paid on an hourly basis with no additional benefits or paid leave.
  • This role operates remotely, but the designer must be available during Eastern Standard Time hours.
