Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ortigas Center Pasig City, for a Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and additional languages is beneficial
- At least 1 year BPO experience is required
