Do you have experience of providing 1st line support in a help desk environment? Are you client oriented who will deliver exceptional service to our clients? Can you work Pacific Standard Time (US) business hours?

Join our team as an Application Support Analyst (Client Services Representative) where you will provide Tier 1 technical support for our Software as a Service (SaaS) products. You will respond to helpdesk calls and tickets, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of working in a support / help desk environment, assisting internal and external Users with application issues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and information to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful collaboration and service delivery.
  • Meticulous and consistent attention to detail with a high focus on thoroughness and compliance, especially regarding documentation and record keeping.
  • Excellent task management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workload and maintain a sense of urgency when handling critical incidents.

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technology industries and Salesforce platform knowledge or certification will be an advantage.
